Due to the nature of our food products, The Sweet Candy Palace LLC does not accept returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can review your request and assist you.
Possible resolutions may include:
- Replacement of item(s)
- Store credit
- Refund (depending on the situation)
Please note that requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery are not eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.
